Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job rotation, employee discipline and employee workload on employee productivity at PT.Karyatugas Paramitra Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative method where the population is 150 with
questionnaires distributed to 60 employees who work at PT.Karyatugas Paramitra, Tangerang Regency. The sample was taken by systematic random sampling technique and using Slovin's calculation with an error rate of 10%. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely reliability test and validity test, classical assumption test, T test and F test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: the job rotation variable has a positive and
significant effect on employee productivity with a T sig value of 0.000 <0.05, the employee discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity with a T sig value of 0.034 < 0 0.05 and the employee workload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee work productivity with a T sig value of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the calculation of the F test, jointly the variables of job rotation, employee discipline and employee workload have a positive and significant effect on employee work
productivity with an F value of 0.044 <0.05.
