Abstract

This study examines the effect of career development, supervision and old-age insurance on the performance of employees of the Aviation Facility Calibration Center. This research is based on employee dissatisfaction with career development, supervision and the provision of old-age insurance provided by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether career
development, supervision and old-age insurance have an influence on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the research instrument is a questionnaire with a calculation method using a Likert scale. The research population
was 110 employees of the Center for Aviation Facilities Calibration and a sample of 86 respondents was taken using the slovin formula. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously career development, supervision and old-age insurance have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Aviation Facility Calibration Center with a calculated f value of 14.541 > f table 2.72.
Partial test shows that career development X1 obtained t count 2,977 > t table 1,988 and supervision X2 obtained t count 3,220 > t table 1,988. Thus, the career development variable (X1) and the supervisory variable (X2) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. while old-age insurance has no significant effect on employee performance with t count 0.423 < t table 1.988.
