Abstract

This thesis uses quantitative research that aims to determine whether job training, job stress and motivation on employee productivity have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee productivity. This research uses quantitative research. The total population in this study was 110, namely all employees at PT Jaya Beton Indonesia with a sample of 87 people using the slovin technique. In this study data collection using a questionnaire. In proving and analyzing the research, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test (simultaneous), t test (partial), determination test are used. And after doing the test, it was found that there was a significant effect between Job Training, Job Stress and Motivation on Employee Productivity.
