Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are fundamental in supporting the creative economy in Indonesia.
However, various obstacles, such as legal protection regarding the recognition and appreciation of Intellectual
Property Rights,(IPR), still need to be addressed. Even though there are legal instruments that regulate IPR, in
practice, many works of the Indonesian people have existed communally and for generations but have yet to be
registered as intellectual property rights. Hence, they have yet to receive legal protection. Through the protection of
IPR, the Government plays an essential role in promoting the effectiveness and use of intellectual property throughout
Indonesia. This research uses a type of normative-empirical research to answer the subject matter. The strategic
position of MSMEs in national economic development is significant. The synergy between sound information systems
and vigorous law enforcement will create an environment that values and respects the intellectual property rights of
others. In addition, adequate protection of intellectual property rights will encourage broader innovation and
creativity, contributing to the economic development and welfare of the Indonesian nation.

HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM PENGARAHAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT PELAKSANA

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi dalam proses pengarahan terhadap kepuasan kerja
perawat di ruang rawat RS X penelitin ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross
sectional. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan pendidikan perawat hampir seluruhnya berpendidikan D3 keperawatan
82.9%. Dan lebih dari setengahnya lama bekerja perawat lebih dari 4 tahun 51,2%. Untuk usia hampir seluruhnya
usia perawat pada usia dewasa awal antara 26-35 tahun dengan jumlah 82,9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada
hubungan komunikasi dalam proses pengarahan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana p valiu 0,001,
Kesimpulan terbukti bahwa komunikasi yang baik pada proses pengarahan yang akan menaikkan kepuasan kerja
perawat.

Analisa Keragaman Hayati Tanaman Pisang(Musa paradisiaca L.)

Banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) is a horticultural plant whose fruit is used and is native
to Indonesia. Therefore, a descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative analysis of the diversity of
bananas was carried out. There are 80 types of bananas that grow in Indonesia, and 7 genotypes of
bananas were found in Lampung province, namely Janten, Muli Mas, Kepok, Ambon, Raja, Raja
Sereh and Tanduk. Based on the results of observations on the appearance of morphological
characters in the vegetative and generative organs, it is known that there is diversity in shape, size,
color and other characters. However, the number of leaves, leaf color, flower color, skin color
before ripening and fruit flesh color did not show any diversity. The cause of this diversity is
influenced by the ecosystem and the genetic characteristics of each banana cultivar, in addition to
genetic engineering technology. Based on the results of observations of banana plant characters in
the lowlands, medium, and high altitudes, it is known that the difference in height affects several
qualitative characters, namely the color of the pseudo stem and the color of the bracts.

Pengendalian Gulma Pra Tumbuh Dengan Bioherbisida Daun Ketapang (Terminalia cattapa)

Widespread use of chemicals to control weeds needs attention, because it can negatively affect nature.
Ketapang leaves can be used as a bioherbicide because they contain allelochemical compounds that can inhibit
plant growth. This study aims to obtain organic matter as a pre-emergence bioherbicide, to determine the effect of
ketapang leaf bioherbicide on pre-emergence weed control, and to determine the content of ketapang leaf
bioherbicide compounds. This study was arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) with 5 treatments namely
PO (Control), P1 (25% Bioherbicide), P2 (50% Bioherbicide), P3 (75% Bioherbicide) and P4 (100%
Bioherbicide). Each treatment consisted of 3 replications so that there were 15 experimental units. Each
experimental unit consisted of 5 samples. The statistical analysis used was analysis of variance with the nonfactorial RAK model. Data processing using the STAR Application. Parameters observed were weed growth, weed
height, weed identification and weed biomass. The results showed that ketapang leaves could be used as an
alternative to pre-growth bioherbicide. Ketapang leaf bioherbicide had no significant effect on weed growth, weed
height and biomass from week I to 4 MSA. Ketapang leaf bioherbicide contains 0.890% flavonoids and 4.452%
tannins.

The research was carried out at the Grenhouse Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) Branchbungin District, Bekasi
Regency, West Java Province from January 2020 to March 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out the response
of Plant (Brassica juncea L.) Floating Raft Hydroponic Systems to the Combination of AB Mix Dosage and Coconut
Water Liquid Organic Fertilizer. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD), the results showed that
the combination had an effect on plant weight rejection at 5 WAP. Against the combination of AB MIX and Liquid
Organic Fertilizer at levels A0B0 (32.77 g), and A1B0 (18.29g) was effective for mustard plant weight.

Introduction: the covid 19 disease outbreak is currently sweeping the world and in Indonesia, the government is making various efforts ranging from limiting community activities to trying to import the Covid 19 vaccine, this disease attacks people with low immunity, especially the elderly. However, in the implementation process, there are still many people who do not have the courage
to do vaccines because of hoaxes. Methods: The research design used in this research is an analytic descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. Results and analysis: the majority of the frequency of the highest level of knowledge about COVID-19 vaccination is included in the "Good Knowledge" category, namely 126 respondents (62%). Respondents indicated that the majority of the elderly were active, namely 102 respondents (60%). and respondents with participation in the COVID-19 vaccination in the "inactive" category as many as 4 respondents (2%). Respondents with less knowledge about COVID-19 vaccination were not active in carrying out the COVID-19 vaccine. Discussion: Based on the output of the chi square statistical test, Asymp was obtained. Sig. (2-sided) 0.001. This shows that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and participation in the COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly.

Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is breastfeeding the baby shortly after the mother gives birth, so usually the baby will be left or placed on the mother's chest so that the child can find the mother's nipple on her own. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and the application of IMD by nurses on post SC mothers in hospitals. Private sector in Bekasi. The research technique used was a purposive sampling technique with a cross sectional approach, namely sampling with certain considerations. The population is all female nurses who work in the Midwifery Room, Perina Room, and OK Room with a total of 32 people. The research results obtained from 32 respondents based on knowledge, there were 17 people (53.1%) who had good
knowledge and 15 (46.9%) who had less knowledge about the application of IMD. From the results of data analysis using the chi-square test obtained ρValue = 0.022, which means ρ value <α (0.05). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, there is a significant relationship between knowledge and the application of IMD to post SC mothers by nurses. It is suggested to nurses on duty to be more active in implementing IMD.

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Helpdesk IT Berbasis Web Pada RSUD Tarakan Jakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi helpdesk IT berbasis web pada RSUD Tarakan Jakarta, metodologi pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. Rancang bangun aplikasi helpdesk menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Linguage ) dengan bahasa pemrograman php dan database MySQL, permasalahan penelitian ini adalah sulitnya mengatasi keluhan-keluhan permasalahan hardware dan software, penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1) aplikasi helpdesk untuk membantu menanggapi bantuan permasalahan hardware dan software di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta, 2) aplikasi Helpdesk memudahkan pengelolaan data staf atau tim support IT dalam melakukan tindak lanjut dari keluhan-keluhan dari unit di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta. 3) aplikasi helpdesk memudahkan kepala bagian IT untuk mengetahui laporan tindak lanjut keluhankeluhan dari unit di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta.

Sistem Informasi Inventory Barang Pada Sub Direktorat SIMS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sprektrum)

In inventory activities, it is very necessary to collect data and classify goods that support the smooth administration process for maintenance updates, especially in government agencies. The purpose of this research is to design and create an information system at the SIMS Sub Directorate that facilitates the process of maintaining existing devices, and reporting which inventory items are damaged and will be deleted. In developing the Goods Inventory Information System at the SIMS Sub Directorate, researchers used the prototype model method. This model has a systematic approach in the development of its software system and there are stages
by stages that must be passed, where the next stage can only be carried out when the previous stages have been completed and each of these stages must run sequentially. In this study the researchers used External testing (Black Box), namely testing the application by checking one by one the links using the test table and checking input from within the system. Based on the test table using the Black Box, it can be concluded that the results of the test case, the Goods Inventory Information System at the SIMS Sub Directorate
can run well.

People's lifestyles have changed due to the rapid development of technology, especially in daily activities such as consumption habits, going to school, and so on. Not only that, this technological advancement has shifted MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) from the conventional era to the digital era. Economic implications originating from the utilization and empowerment of digital
information and communication technology. In Indonesia, the digital economy is currently developing quite fast and rapidly in tandem with the growing market power available. This article aims to describe business opportunities for MSMEs in the digital era where the case study is UMKM.Teh Tarik Hanaang, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that MSME business opportunities in the digital era are quite diverse, namely: promotion through the marketplace is much easier, more efficient, and reduces costs, renewal of marketing methods that used to be traditional to modern with the times, easier and wider market access, strengthening branding, and being able to innovate products to make them more varied.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Lampung. Dibuktikan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 31,5%, sedangkan sisanya 68,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

One of factors that influence juvenile delinquency behavior in adolescent is the parenting styles. Authoritarian parenting style has known for parent using control to discipline children. The use of control minimize chances to nurse the emotional part of children. Researchers have interest to know about the effect of authority parenting style to emotional intelligence in adolescent. Researchers use quantitative methods to process data and use purposive sampling. This research find that authoritarian parenting style has negative correlation to emotional intelligence. Authoritarian parenting style gives about 35,1% to emotional intelligence.

Lately the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has begun to be controlled, including in the territory of Indonesia, so that the President of the Republic of Indonesia stated that Indonesia's current condition had entered the COVID-19 endemic period. Apart from that, there have been directives from the Government, that people are allowed to take off their masks in open and closed spaces. Social interactions between people are starting to re-establish as before the pandemic. One of the impacts that has occurred on people's habits since the pandemic is that people prefer to gather in open spaces as a place for their activities. One example of the open space in question is the park, which is the main goal and choice of community gathering. Parks are used as a place for recreation, picnics, socializing, and other activities by all groups. For example, the case studies of parks that are widely used as places for community activities are Tebet Eco Park and Langsat Park. in South Jakarta. Tebet Eco Park and Langsat Park have indeed become one of the answers to the problem of public unrest during the pandemic so that these two parks have become the center of visits on weekends. This causes mobility in the area around the parks to become congested. This means that a new problem has emerged, namely the density of people's mobility due to the uneven distribution of public parks throughout Jakarta, or in other cities. Parks or Green Open Spaces (RTH) should be available in every corner of the city, starting from the environment around where we live. Without us realizing it, there are also parks or green open space around us, but they are not well developed. Therefore, this research will
discuss the design of the Park as a Green Open Space (RTH) which is a space and place for community activities of various ages, starting from a small area around it. The existing design is expected to be able to provide new and creative innovations so that it has an impact on the quality of life at the environmental level in the current conditions.

Sports fields are one of the social facilities that need to be provided in residential areas. These sports fields are usually available in the form of open spaces that can be utilized by the community individually or in groups. So that the existence of several activities carried out by the community in groups can lead to social interaction between one and another. The importance of this sports field is because it is one of the social facilities that need to be provided to support community activities in open spaces. The community can easily use the sports field freely and according to their desired needs. Activities that are often carried out on sports fields are sports activities, including football, volleyball, and badminton. However, the sports field is also sometimes used for certain events that are not carried out every day, including ceremonies, Eid prayers, music performances, bazaars and night markets. For this reason, in order to make it easier for the community to use the sports field, the location of the sports field should be located in a location that is not far from the residential area where they live. To find out how important sports fields are for the community, it can be known based on normative regulations and perceptions of fulfilling the needs of sports fields in the community as users of sports infrastructure. So that the findings of the study in this study can be obtained, namely the fulfillment of sports infrastructure needs and knowing that there is a relationship in public perceptions of the need for sports infrastructure so that it becomes facilitated through the existence of a sports building.

ANALISIS PENGARUH BOPO, NIM DAN LDR TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS BANK YANG TERDAFTAR PADA BEI INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of Operational Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative research method with a multiple linear regression model approach. The data used is panel data from 7 banks and 5 years, namely 2018-2022. In this study the dependent variable is ROA, while the independent variables are BOPO, NIM, and LDR. The multiple regression model equation obtained Y = 4.729 - 0.051 X1 + 0.073 X2 - 0.002 X3. The termination coefficient is 0.651, meaning that 65.1% of the variation in the dependent variable is obtained while the remaining 24.9% is caused by other factors. The results of testing the hypothesis can be concluded that the independent variables namely Operational Expenses Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) simultaneously
have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Partially the BOPO variable has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), variable Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and LDR has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

This task is carried out through the official website of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. Source of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used in this task is documentation. Data analysis used in this task is descriptive analysis using financial ratio analysis. The results of financial ratio analysis consisting of Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Activity Ratios, and Profitability Ratios for the 2018-2022 period.

This study sought to ascertain whether the independent variables ROA, ROE, and NPM have a simultaneous and partial impact on profit growth. Data from banks listed on the IDX are used in the quantitative research style. Data was collected using secondary techniques, such as company financial statements for the 2016–2021 period, documentation techniques related to the problems studied, and downloading data and information from relevant websites. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling method, and as many as 10 banking companies were obtained from the 46 companies listed on the IDX. The results of the t-test in this study are the ROA value tcount<ttable that is -2,954<1,671 negative and significant effect 0.005<0.05, ROE is indicated by the value of which is 1.292<1.671 positive and insignificant effect 0.202>0.05, and NPM shows is 3.070>1.671 positive and significant effect 0.003<0.05 on profit growth. And the result of the simultaneous f test is to get a value of fcount>ftable that is 6.363>2.77 with a significance level
of 0.001<0.05, it can be explained that there is a simultaneous significant effect between ROA, ROE and NPM on profit growth.

Analisis Satisfaction Using E-Wallet Melalui Intention To Continuous Use : Studi Empiris Di Kabupaten Tangerang

The purpose of this study is to explore the variables that influence e-wallet users intentions to reuse digital payments in 2023 (in this case Shopeepay).These variables are: Perceived ease of use,Perceived usefulness,Subjective norm,Attitude,Confirmation,Habit, trust
and User Satisfaction. The questionnaire was shared with 191 respondents for data collection. The survey used a purposive sampling method to select the respondents. The criteria are: (1) aged 17 years or above, (2) User of Shopeepay, (3) domiciled in Tangerang district, (4) Using Shopeepay in the last 3 months at least 2 transactions (Prathama & Sahetapy, 2019). This study is a quantitative research with using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with data processing and analysis using the SmartPLS device.The researcher tested the validity and reliability with factor analysis using SPSS.The findings in this research are perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use, subjective norm, attitude,confirmation which indirectly have a significat effect on the intention of reusing e-wallet through user satisfaction.The intention of reusing the e-wallet service is not significantly impacted by the habit variable. While the intention to reuse e-wallet services is highly impacted by trust management. Perceived usefulness and ease
of use are variables whose coefficient value determinations (R-Square) pass through intervening attitude in a ratio of 0,644 or 64,40%. The chance for other factors to explain was 31,10% because the subjective norm, attitude, and confirmation had passed via the variable of intervening user pleasure by 0,689 or 68,90. Based on the data, it can be inferred that habit may not always be a significant component in a person's intention to use an electronic wallet on a regular basis. The consumer's intention to use Shopeepay services may be influenced by perceived utility, perceived ease of use, attitude, subjective norm, confirmation, user satisfaction, and trust. As a
result, businesses should pay closer attention to how to increase the consumer's intention to use Shopeepay again.

The company's job is to promote sound economic growth by taking environmental considerations into account. In the modern corporate world, considerations for the environment and society must be included in addition to the benefits that can be realized. The concept of sustainable development is then created by combining these three components. The PT. Kareumbi Farm served as the site of this analysis. The company raises laying chickens as its primary business. This study's goal was to ascertain how the business interacted with its surroundings on a social level. By characterizing and describing data about corporate social responsibility found at PT. Kareumbi Farm, a comparative descriptive approach of data analysis was applied. Then, these data are contrasted with earlier data.
The analysis's findings demonstrate that PT. Kareumbi Farm has, albeit inequitably, exercised corporate social responsibility toward the community in relation to society, the environment, and human resources.

This study uses a type of association and the respondents are people who live in the Tapu Ondau housing complex, Sumasang, Sorowako. Respondents were drawn according to proportional random sampling. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling method The results of the analysis show 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of the CSR
program by PT. Inco Tbk on the level of local community satisfaction. 2) There is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of the CSR program by PT. Inco Tbk towards the company's image in the local community. 3) There is a positive influence on the level of community satisfaction on the company's image in the local community. 4) There is a positive and significant influence on the implementation of the CSR program by PT. Inco Tbk towards corporate image by increasing local community satisfaction.

This study aims to test empirically how far the influence of capital structure, Liquidity and Good corporate governance (DCG) on Company Value. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data that connects the independent variables (X1 = Capital Structure, X2 = Liquidity, X3 = Good Corporate Governance) while the dependent variable (Y = Company Value) in BUMN Construction Sector Companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2020. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Capital Structure, Liquidity and Good Corporate Governance both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the Value of BUMN Construction Companies.

The economic growth in aggregate can be seen from Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), foreign tourists, banking credit, and the inflation rate. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), foreign tourists, bank credit, and inflation both simultaneously and partially on Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The research methods used in this research are descriptive statistic and panel data estimation regression method. The research variables studied were Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), foreign tourists, banking credit, and inflation which were then functioned as independent variables that affected Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which were then functioned as the dependent variable. The results of the study show that: (1) Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), foreign tourists, bank credit, and inflation have a significant effect on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) simultaneously; (2) Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has a significant and positive effect on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) partially; (3) foreign tourists have a significant and positive effect on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) partially; (4) bank credit has a significant and positive effect on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) partially; (5) inflation has a significant and negative effect on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) partially; (6) the findings of the first study stated that the influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), foreign tourists, bank credit, and inflation on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in several ASEAN member countries was very dominant at 70.7664%; and (7) the findings of subsequent studies state that the bank credit variable (CRD) is the most dominant variable influencing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in several ASEAN member countries.

This study aims to analyze empirical data to determine the effect of balancing fund, locally-generate revenue, and capital expenditure of financial perfomance in district and city goverments in the province of Banten in the period of 2017 - 2020. The population in this study was the district and city goverments in the provinceof Banten in the period of 2017 - 2020. Samples in this study were 8 govermentsobtained using saturated sample. The data analysis method used is multiple regressionanalysis and the data is tested partially (individually) (t test) and simultaneously (together) (F test). The results showed that partially the balancing funds and capital expenditure have an influence on financial perfomance, and the locally-generate revenue variablehad no effect on financial perfomance. While in simultaneous model balancing funds variables, locally-generate revenue, and capital exenditure have an

This study aims to find out how the influence of Digital Marketing and Product Innovation on UMKM income (Case Study on UMKM in Simpang Pematang District, Mesuji Regency). The research method used in associative quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all UMKM in Mesuji Regency which totaled 8.620 UMKM. While the sample used was UMKM, Simpang Pematang sub-district, Mesuji Regency as many as 47 UMKM, which were UMKM in the food and beverage processing industry sector. Data collection techniques were carried out trough observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that there is positive and significant influence of digital marketing and product innovation on UMKM income in Simpang Pematang District mesuji Regency, namely 0,453 or 45,3% with the acquisition of Fcount > Ftable or 11.189 > 3,32 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer income on interest in buying Nmax motorbikes at Yamaha Lautan Teduh Kedaton using the discovery method, because this method can be discovered and developed by various new science and technology. The results of this study indicate that for every increase in one consumer income variable it will increase buying interest by 0.035 and vice versa for every decrease in one consumer income variable it will decrease buying interest by 0.035, for every one increase in price variable it will
increase buying interest by 1.032 and vice versa for every one decrease the price variable will reduce buying interest by 1,032 and for every one increase in marketing event variables it will increase buying interest by 0.085 and vice versa for every decrease in one marketing event variable it will decrease buying interest by 0.085. The conclusion of this study shows that Event Marketing (X1), Price (X2), and Consumer Income (Y) have a simultaneous effect on buying interest (Y) for Nmax motorbikes at Yamaha Lautan Teduh Kedaton.

Agar dapat terus mendapatkan kinerja yang baik, perusahaan perlu mengevaluasi motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja dari para karyawannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah IX Jakarta II. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin, dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 106 karyawan. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam adalah metode analisis linear berganda dengan tiga variabel yang saling berhubungan, yaitu Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) sebagai variabel bebas, dan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sumber data didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karwayan. Digunakan software SPSS 25 dalam
mengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (2,749>1,983) terhadap Kinerja Karyawawan, dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan (1,014<1,983) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari Uji F menghasilkan nilai lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yaitu 0,01 yang berarti secara bersamaan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research is a quantitative research done by spreading the questionnaire that has been tested its validity and reliability to buyers of Persian branded Me-o cat food at pet nutri pou cat Bandar Lampung as much as 75 respondents by using t test method, F test, and multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on Promotion price and purchase decision of Persian Meat brand Persian feed product in Bandar Lampung. The results showed that simultaneously Hargadan Promotion effect on purchasing decision product cat products persi brand Me-o. This is evidenced from the test results obtained F calculated value of 14.607 and F table of 3.09 with a significance of 0.000. Therefore F count> F table (14.607> 3.09) with significance value smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job rotation, employee discipline and employee workload on employee productivity at PT.Karyatugas Paramitra Tangerang Regency.This study uses a quantitative method where the population is 150 with
questionnaires distributed to 60 employees who work at PT.Karyatugas Paramitra, Tangerang Regency. The sample was taken by systematic random sampling technique and using Slovin's calculation with an error rate of 10%. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely reliability test and validity test, classical assumption test, T test and F test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: the job rotation variable has a positive and
significant effect on employee productivity with a T sig value of 0.000 <0.05, the employee discipline variable has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity with a T sig value of 0.034 < 0 0.05 and the employee workload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee work productivity with a T sig value of 0.002 <0.05. This study examines the effect of career development, supervision and old-age insurance on the performance of employees of the Aviation Facility Calibration Center. This research is based on employee dissatisfaction with career development, supervision and the provision of old-age insurance provided by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether career
development, supervision and old-age insurance have an influence on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the research instrument is a questionnaire with a calculation method using a Likert scale. The research population
was 110 employees of the Center for Aviation Facilities Calibration and a sample of 86 respondents was taken using the slovin formula. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously career development, supervision and old-age insurance have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Aviation Facility Calibration Center with a calculated f value of 14.541 > f table 2.72.
Partial test shows that career development X1 obtained t count 2,977 > t table 1,988 and supervision X2 obtained t count 3,220 > t table 1,988. Thus, the career development variable (X1) and the supervisory variable (X2) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. while old-age insurance has no significant effect on employee performance with t count 0.423 < t table 1.988.

The form of institutionalization of orphanages cannot be separated from risks to children's development. It is undeniable that orphanage institutions have certainly tried their best to help the development of their foster children. But there is a possibility that there is an inability of the orphanage to become an environment that can meet the needs and support for children to develop optimally. The ratio of the number of caregivers to children cared for in orphanages which is not ideal causes a lack of attention and support which can hamper children's development. This is in accordance with what is experienced by teenagers at the Rumah Shalom Orphanage Foundation. Based on the results of the interviews we conducted before carrying out this activity, some of the problems that are often experienced by adolescents in orphanages are procrastination, the use of harsh words, and a lack of knowledge about the outside world. Therefore, we want to share our knowledge with the orphanage children so they can better themselves and prepare themselves when they set foot outside the orphanage. To minimize crowds of children and create a productive atmosphere, PKM activities are carried out in a closed room but large enough to accommodate children. This PKM activity was carried out quite casually or you could say it was not so formal. Overall observation results from the initial activity to the final activity, the orphanages do not like activities that are too monotonous or have too much material. They really like physical activities such as production and packaging activities. Therefore, in the how to introduce yourself and let's talk activities, we had time to insert ice breaking in the form of games to raise the enthusiasm of the youth.

The research population was all apparatus in Sungkai Jaya village, consisting of 56 people. The research method used is quantitative, the type of data used is primary data with data collection methods, namely by distributing questionnaires. The population of all village apparatus in Sungkai Jaya Teknik Village, the sample in this study amounted to 56 samples. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. The results of the study show that internal control, whistleblowing systems, and good government governance have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention.
